If you host with one.com and are experiencing issues with markers not loading within your map, you may be experiencing a known CORS policy restriction issue.
This is an issue that was brought to our attention by clients hosting with one.com, and resolved by their team. Their recommendation to our users is to temporarily disable CDN caching as it appears the CDN network is rejecting our marker fetch requests.
The most common symptom is an infinite loading icon present on your map, when using one.com
For the time being, if you do have CDN caching enabled, we’d recommend disabling this until a more permanent solution is vailable, this can be done via the one.com parent plugin, which you can learn more about here:
More specifically, the following steps can be followed to disable the CDN cache:
WordPress Admin Area > one.com > Performance > CDN > Inactive > Save
Our one.com clients are encouraged to report this shortcoming to one.com for a more permanent solution.
