This section covers how to enable the category legend for on maps where marker categories have been defined
Prerequisites #
The Following Plugin/s need to be installed and active
- WP Go Maps
- WP Go Maps Pro Add-on
Marker categories have to be be defined, and each category should have a unique icon
This Feature is only available in the Atlas Novus Build
Enabling the Category legend #
The category legend for your map can be enabled by navigating as follows and turning on the Enable Category legends option
WP Go Maps -> Maps (edit your chosen map) -> Settings -> Legends
Enable Category Legends
Select the desired placement and Save Map
The marker category legend will now be displayed on the front end of the map as configured
