Looks good, Perry. Thanks so much. 🙂

I wonder if it’s kosher for me to review support?

Would you mind sending a link to the page the map is on so that I can see if there are any CSS issues? Thanks in advance for your patience.

    Good afternoon Mach,

Could you please check for JavaScript errors on the page where the map is displaying incorrectly. Simply press [F12] anywhere on that page, then click the Console tab. Please copy & paste any errors you find into a reply to this topic.

If you’d prefer I do that troubleshooting myself, just place a link to the page with the map on it into your reply to this topic.

Thanks in advance for your patience.

    Good afternoon Resan,

Yes, WP Google Maps Pro supports geolocation. Please note that in order to use Google’s geolocation services on your website, you must be running over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate.

Thank you for considering WP Google Maps Pro. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Aaron,

Are you calling a map from the template and via the Editor on the same page? I’ve seen issues with that before.

    DSRF,

Sure! Go to WordPress Dashboard → Maps → Settings. Scroll down to General Map Settings and click the toggle switches next to Disable Mouse Wheel Zoom & Disable Mouse Double-Click Zooming. Then click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.

Please let us know if you have any further issues or questions.

There are no issues of which I’m aware between WP Google Maps and WordPress 4.7. I’m running WPGM on 2 sites with WordPress 7 installed.

I sent a response to the trouble ticket you submitted letting you know that I have escalated the ticket. I do see now that the zoom icons are indeed “squished”, but the map itself looks fine to me and functions normally in Chrome on my desktop.

I apologize in advance for any further delay in getting your problem resolved.

I was able to scroll over (to the left) and find the map this time. It looks like you don’t have the map correctly zoomed on the back-end. Make sure you click the Save Map button after you have the map zoomed and scrolled to where you want it on the back-end.

    Chris,

I took a look at your site and ran through the common causes of these types of issues. I couldn’t find anything. I’m going to ask one of the developers to take a look for you. I apologize for the delay and thank you in advance for your patience.

At the current time, WP Google Maps only provides functionality for exporting all the map data to a CSV file.

First, an apology. I know I typed a response to this thread yesterday, but either I forgot to hit {Submit} or my internet connection timed out before the reply was fully submitted.

I am not seeing what you are seeing on your map. No matter how far I scroll in either direction, I don’t see any map at all. I still don’t see any console errors either.

Is the map visible on the back-end of WordPress (WordPress Dashboard → Maps)?

Have you read and followed the troubleshooting steps in this documentation article: My Map is Not Showing on My Website?

It appears that you are displaying the map inside of a slider or something similar created by another plugin. Is that the case?

If so you might want to take a look at this documentation article, specifically the section about “Tabs” and “Accordions”: http://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/troubleshooting/my-map-is-not-showing-on-my-website/. (A slider is not exactly the same as “Tabs” or “Accordions”, but the principle is the same.) If you’d like me to take a look at your back-end setup, Could you please create a temporary admin account for your WordPress site and send me the following information as a Private Reply to this topic?
