    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for the response and sorry for the trouble with the email not reaching you.

    I was able to take a closer look at your site and noticed that there is a JavaScript error in the console causing this.

    Could I kindly ask if you could create a ticket here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ so that I can assist you further in getting this resolved and if it would be possible to create a temporary account for me on your site to take a closer look and find a solution?

    Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you and helping you get this resolved.

    Kindest regards,
    Dylan

    in reply to: Adding Markers from custom post type #57512

    Hi Andreas,

    Thanks so much for getting in touch with us.

    This should be possible by using the Advanced Custom Field plugin integration in WP Google Maps Pro if you are using ACF. You can find a guide on how to achieve this here:
    https://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation-advanced-custom-fields-integration/

    Please let me know if this helps and works as expected for your needs.

    Thanks again for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you to assist you further.

    Kindest regards,
    Dylan

    Thanks for the response and letting me know.

    1. I am glad to hear that helped and it is only a pleasure.

    2. Regarding the full screen arrow, to fix this CSS conflict, could I kindly ask you to add the following CSS and please let me know if this helps:
    .ol-full-screen {
    font-size: 17px;
    top: 17px;
    right: 17px;
    box-sizing: border-box;
    }

    3. Regarding panning and greedy gestures on mobile devices, this is an issue which is currently not working correctly when using Open Street Maps as the map engine. We are currently working on this however, and will be fixed as soon as possible in the next release hopefully and I will keep you updated. I do apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know as soon as it is resolved.

    Thanks again for your time and I hope this helps.

    in reply to: Markers not listed out in backend #56991

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us and apologies for the inconvenience.

    It sounds like there might perhaps be a JavaScript error in the console that could be causing this.

    To determine if this is the case and to see what the error is to assist you further, could I kindly ask if you could please send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console on the backend map page where you are experiencing this error?
    You can open the JavaScript console by right-clicking on the page, clicking “Inspect” and then clicking on the “Console” tab.
    This would be a major help in assisting you further.

    Thanks again for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest regards,

    in reply to: Show User's Location Not Working #56967

    Hi there,

    Thanks so much for getting in touch and sorry for the inconvenience.

    I had a look and noticed that it does work as expected on my end and shows my current location when loading the page as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Just to confirm, could I kindly ask if you have allowed the browser to access your location when the prompt was shown or from the browser settings if it might have previously been denied?
    Additionally, could I kindly ask if you could test it in an incognito window or another browser and please let me know if that works as expected on your side?

    Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest regards,
    Dylan

    in reply to: image size and infowindow problem using bulk jpeg #56966

    Hi there,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch and apologies for the inconvenience.

    I had a look and noticed that the 150×150 pixel versions of the images were being used in the InfoWindow instead of the full images.

    To resolve this and show the full images in the InfoWindows, could I kindly ask you to please add the following JavaScript code to Maps > Settings > Advanced Settings > Custom JS:

    jQuery(document).ready(function(){
        jQuery(window).on("infowindowopen.wpgmza", function(event) {
           var element = jQuery(event.target.element);
           var source = element.find('.wpgmza_infowindow_image').attr('src');
           source = source.replace('-150x150', '');
           element.find('.wpgmza_infowindow_image').attr('src', source);
        });
    });

    Once added and saved, could I kindly ask you to please clear your cache and test it again to confirm if this works as expected to show the full version of the images?

    Thanks again for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest regards,
    Dylan

    in reply to: Image gallery or lightbox in InfoWindow #56941

    Hi Elie,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Unfortunately it is not currently possible to add galleries automatically to ACF markers and is only possible by setting them manually from the marker editor under Maps > Edit. I do apologize for the inconvenience and will add this as a possible feature request.

    I hope this helps and please do let me know if there is anything else at all that I can assist you with.

    Kindest regards,
    Dylan
