    Hi there,

    Unfortunately this is not possible at this point in time.

    The pro add-on does however support Polyline/Polygon creation, however this can only be done from the map editor. Please have a look at our Polyline Demo Here.

    I hope this helps?

    Hi there,

    The documentation is accurate, however according to the information you have provided you are using an out-dated version of our pro add-on.

    Our current version is 5.60, you can get the latest copy here: Get Updated Version

    Please uninstall and delete your current version of the pro add-on and install the latest version.

    Should this not resolve the issue, please get in touch with us via our online contact form so that we can assist you further.

    Hi there,

    We have a fix in place for this already, so it would be as simple as sending you the fixed file. You would then need to install the fixed file.

    Please get in touch with us via our online contact form, and I will send you the mobile touch fix.

    In order to focus the map on the users location please go to the ‘Store Locator’ tab -> and change the setting labelled ‘Allow users to use their location as the starting point’ to ‘Yes’.

    I hope this helps?

    Hi Tomas,

    1. This can be done using our polygon functionality. A demo can be seen here: http://www.wpgmaps.com/demo/polygons-and-polylines/

    Polygons can be customized to your preference, and are easy to implement.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Brian,

    Glad to hear you were able to find a solution for this, we are happy to help.

    However please note that jQuery 2.1.4 is not stable enough at this point to be used with our plugin. I would suggest you use the version 1.11.3 instead.

    Please don’t hesitate getting in touch with us via our contact form should you require assistance with this issue.

    Hi there,

    I have responded to your email.

    Please try adding the following to your custom css box. This can be done by clicking on the button labelled ‘Settings’ (Found in the maps menu) -> and clicking on the tab labelled ‘Advanced’:

    #wpgmza_input_from_2, #wpgmza_input_to_2 {
       width: 300px !important;
    }

    Where width is the value of the preferred width you would like to have. Also note the numbers in the id names (‘#wpgmza_input_from_2’ & ‘#wpgmza_input_to_2’) must match the map ID (in this case ‘2’).

    I hope this helps.

    Hi there,

    WP Google Maps can only be used inside of the WordPress directory, as it is dependent on WordPress functions and structure.

    If you are looking for an alternative, please have a look at Nifty Maps: http://www.niftymaps.co/

    Based on the information you have provided it sounds as if the map element is present on the page, but not rendering as intended. This is likely caused be a JS error.

    Please follow this guide to check if there are any JS error on the page:

    1. Open the page where the map should be displaying.
    2. Open the console (F12 on Chrome).
    3. Make sure ‘Console’ tab is selected
    4. This section will display errors.

    Post any errors here and I will help you resolve them.

    My apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately it is not possible by default to get marker information without a map present on the page which will be displaying the data. This is because the map element handles the information passed in the ‘GET’ variable.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
