Correction – had to change -4 to -15 to get the top of the buttons completely out of the way of the carousel markers.

    Thanks again,

    Thanks, Steven!

Sorry for the slow response. Even though I check “Notify me of follow-up replies via email”, I don’t get notification emails. I’ve looked at Spam, etc., but no joy. Anyway, I check back here as I have time.

I added the CSS and it’s works. Yay! I did change the -4 margin to -20. Those buttons were pretty far below the carousel. I’m keeping an eye on it to be sure the buttons aren’t close enough to cause any functional problems with the carousel.

It’s so absolutely refreshing to deal with such responsive and helpful support!

    Thank you again,
    Laura

    Hi Perry,

    I’ve submitted a ticket.

    Thank you!

    Hi Perry,

    Just to clarify:

    1. Zooming to an individual marker has never worked with the Gold Add-on installed.

It zooms, but not all the way in to the Marker clicked in the Basic Marker List below the map.

    2. Zooming to an individual marker only worked when NO Gold Add-on installed

    3. I doubled the Grid Size to 40. Zooming to individual marker is still not working

Please go to https://hungerandthirstevent.com and click on any of the dark blue map markers in the list below the map.

I’m sure this is just an issue with settings.

    Thanks very much,
    Laura

    Hi Perry,

My fault for not being clear in my description. Markers were not clustering before installing the Gold Add-on. 🙂 Clicking on a location name in the Basic Marker List below the map would zoom in on that location’s map marker.

Now, with Gold Add-on installed, clicking on a location name in the Basic Marker List below the map zooms the map in, but only to a level that still shows clusters. The zoom level doesn’t take a user to the individual marker location that was clicked selected in the marker list.

I wondered if some of the Settings > Marker Clustering items need to be adjusted?

Hopefully it’s not some kind of plugin conflict.

    Thank you,
    Laura

Thank you for the quick response!

The Add-on is now installed and working perfectly.

Once I get all the styling done, I’ll move the map to a Home Page feature position on the website below.

    Thank you,
    Laura
