    Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch and using WP Google Maps. I’m sorry to hear you are having this issue and I will gladly help you through it.

I would suggest in opening your export .CSV file using Google Sheets as other applications may cause issues with the .CSV file.

Could you please try this with Google Sheets and let me know if the issue resolves.

If not, would you mind sending through a sample .CSV with a few lines of data from the export so I may look into this further for you?

If you do send through your .CSV file, please feel free to mark your reply as PRIVATE below so only moderators may see your .CSV file and it’s contents.

    Thank you for the feedback.

I have taken a look at the code and the Get Directions is wrapped correctly to support translation, would you mind checking the relevant language file to see if it has been added to the .PO file, the Get Directions is being loaded from within WP Google Maps so changing the API language should not affect this link and you will need to edit the .PO file of your locale.

For more information on translating WP Google Maps, please have a look at the following: http://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/translating-the-plugin/

Alternatively, I am able to create a function using the gettext filter to change the Get Directions link to any text you would like, so we may manually translate the string for you.

    I hope this helps.

Please keep me posted – thank you for your patience.

    Hi @grnskycreations,

You are able to add your own API key for the interim or you could ask your client to add you to their Google Developer’s Console so you may create and adjust your clients API key.

    I hope this helps 🙂

    Please keep me posted.

    Hi Guillaume,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding as exporting data for an individual map is still currently being developed, but the marker, polygon and polyline data is able to be exported as separate entities.

Please would you send through temporary administrative WordPress account details so I may login and assist you in exporting map data for a specific map?

    Thank you for your patience.

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch and I sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing.

I have taken a look at your site and your website is loading the Google Maps API multiple times which is causing the issue intermittently.

Would you please try the following and let me know if the issue resolves:

    1. Login to your WordPress dashboard
    2. Navigate to ‘Maps’ > ‘Settings’
    3. Under ‘Troubleshooting’ heading please set ‘Do not load the Google Maps API (Only check this if your theme loads the Google Maps API by default’ to ‘Yes’
    4. Save your changes.

Thank you for the update Petr, I have resolved the issue on my side as there was a minor issue as you set the global infowindow to a different style to the map’s infowindow style.

We will be releasing a fix for this soon.

    Please keep me posted.

    Hi @abovesecond,

The issue with the RefererNotAllowedMapError means that your API key is being blocked since your URL is not ‘whitelisted’.

To fix this issue, please do the following:

    1. Login to https://console.developers.google.com/
    2. Navigate to ‘Credentials’
    3. Select your API key which is giving the issue (Some users may have more than one)
    4. Under ‘Key Restriction’ select ‘HTTP referrers (websites)’
    5. Add the following domain with wildcards to your accepted referers

    *.damespruiken.com/*
    *damespruiken.com/*

    6. Save your settings

This should resolve your issue and may take up to 5 minutes to reflect and work correctly, I hope this helps 🙂
