Just noticed this error recently on all sites that I use your plugin on (pro/gold version)

You have included the Google Maps JavaScript API multiple times on this page.

I checked the documentation and followed the steps described to resolve this but it just disabled the map completely which must mean that it’s WPMaps that’s loading the API twice?

    Here’s a few examples:

Hope you can help me figure out how to resolve this!!! 🙂

    Hi there

Thank you for getting in touch!

Your estimation certainly makes sense, however I’m afraid we haven’t been able to reproduce this locally.

Can you please confirm which version of Pro and Gold you are running so we can test with the same versions and advise you to update if needed?

Can you please try disabling Gold add-on?

    Kind regards

Thanks for the quick reply Perry! Here’s a screenshot from WP dashboard. I disabled the Gold add-on and that didn’t fix the problem so then I disabled the Pro add-on and that got rid of the JS error!

    So… what do you recommend?

    Hi there

The API loading is all taken care of by one module in the basic code, so I’m surprised to hear this,

Would it be possible for you to open a ticket at https://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ for the attention of Perry, enclosing your FTP details?

If that’s permissible, I’ll find out exactly why this is happening, apply a fix in situ for this issue and then patch the fix into our main code so this doesn’t come up again.

    Would that be possible?

    Kind regards
