    Hi,
    I installed all the three plugins/addons (screenshot http://c2n.me/3FersFW.png ) and created map, but I see neither form nor any sort of shortcode for its embedding on the page. Here is the map on my site http://kallyas.zzkk.ru/karta-proba/ I hoped to embed the form in the left area of the page.
    Please advise how to get form on the page.

    Just to confirm, the map is currently displaying in the right column of your page. Do you want to display the map on the left where you currently have the form to send message?

    No, I want UGM form there http://c2n.me/3FeEvXD.png (now it is just visual simulation of some form) and map full height just where it is now http://c2n.me/3FeELAy.png

    Now I managed to have form on my page http://kallyas.zzkk.ru/karta-proba/
    But
    1) Still do not see a way to make it appear anywhere but on the bottom of map
    2) Form are not translated (to Russian on my case).
    I’ll be very thankful for help.

    Still waiting any updates for my problem. Frankly guys, I do not think this is adequate support for plugin with combined price $50…
