Could you check that? It seems to create a problem with some functionality of the theme.

Thanks for letting me know about the error. I would like to fix it for you ASAP.

However, I took a look at the website on the pages with the map and there are no errors in the console.

no Feedback so far, so I guess there might be no errormessage at all…

Anyways, now there is an issue with the visitor marker. I wanted to give it a final check, but now they don’t seem to appear at all on the page (I would like to have the marker, but no description when you click on it). Could you have a quick look, please?

I had a look at the markers and they are displaying correctly as shown in the screenshot below.

Could I kindly ask for a screenshot of what you are seeing so that I can compare and assist you further?

Hi Dylan,

yes, actually there might be one more thing: I did another test Since I have the configuration “Categories as Checkboxes” I would like to see all markers of both categories at the same time. When I click at no categories, I see no markers. When I click both categories, again I see no markers. What works is when I click only one category, then it shows the correct markers.

Is it possible, that all markers are shown when I activate both categories?

PS: I just did another test.

There is an issue with the zoom in combination with different categories. Please see the attached files: As soon as there are 2 markers with different categories, it won’t be shown on the map. Please see the attached files for clarification:

Frankfurt 1 shows a standard view with all categories checked. Only 1 marker is shown in location A

Frankfurt 2 shows the view with only 1 categorie checked. A Meet-Us-marker is shown in location B

Frankfurt 3 shows the view with the other categorie checked. A Walk-With-Us Marker is shown in location B

Actually it is quite logical that this issue appears. Is there a workaround possible, like cluster the markers and show only the number of markers?

In this case I also would understand if it is not possibe and look for a different solution.

Sorry for the delay over the weekend.

I tested it on http://adventureland-europe.com/walk-with-us and I can’t seem to replicate this issue,

Could I please ask on which browser you are testing this?

Hi Dylan,

no worries. Both IE and Chrome. Please open http://adventureland-europe.com/walk-with-us/. You should see no markers. Then click on Walk with us. You still should see no markers. Now scroll into Germany, around 4-5 times, towards Frankfurt. After the 4 scrolling, the first 2 marker become visible in Frankfurt. Then click on “Meet us” and 1 marker disappears (since it is another marker with a different category at the same location)

Are you able to replicate it now?

Thanks. I did some further debugging and noticed it is due to the marker clustering.

It should be fixed now. Can you please have another look and confirm?
