    Hi,
I’m using clustered markers as I have thousands of markers listed on the map. I’m also using the Marker Listing-table and to click on a marker to let the map show the marker. But when using a high zoom level that is outside of cluster limit the marker just disappears. I would like to be able to click on a clustered marker and still show the marker on the map.

    Thanks for this awesome plugin!

The plugin is on a intranet website so it’s not accessible to the public. But let me explain.
When using marker cluster from Gold-addon all the markers are clustered higher the max zoom level, for example cluster max zoom is 15 (town / neighborhood zoom level) and user zoom level is 10 (county is visible). Now add in the advanced marker listing table where the user can click on a Marker in the table. On the advanced marker table the user can choose to disable the zoom-feature which in my case I have done so the zoom level is kept at 10 so that means the markers are still clustered. How can I get a marker to “uncluster” and show on the map?

Let me know if anything is unclear, Thanks for your help!

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to me and for your time on this.

Thank you for the explanation, it does give me a better idea as to what you are experiencing, thus the short answer to your question is unfortunately the functionality that you have described is not supported.

This is because the cluster is determined by the position of the markers and the grid size of the clustering feature and thus if the grid size is at a certain size and the map is at a certain zoom, the markers will be clustered.

Thus you may enable the advanced clustering options and try adjusting the “Grid Size” setting (Maps -> Settings -> Marker Clustering) and play around with different values to see what works best for you.

    I hope this helps?

    Kindest Regards,
    Matthew
