Hi! I’d like to style my info windows – I’m comfortable with CSS, but can’t inspect on the map itself, and therefore cannot find the classes needed to apply custom styles.
I’m also interested in moving the pop-up, for example just having the window pop-up in the center of the screen, eliminating the map panning.
Help?
thanks!
May 14, 2021 at 7:10 am #68889StevenModeratorHi there,
Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.
Unforutantely, the map elements can be styled as this is generated by the Google Maps API, however, the info windows can be styled and may also be inspected to determine these classes.
Might I kindly ask you to perhaps provide us with a link to your map page?
Kindest Regards,

Also, if it makes any difference, I’m using the open layers map. Are the overlays different? I can’t inspect the info window or the map itself, just the icons.

Thank you so much for getting back to me.
Some of the classes will differ slightly, however, you can try using the .wpgmza-infowindow class for some elements.
Kindly use our demo map which is inspectable and should allow you some idea of the classes used:

I found that because of the unselectable overlay layers, I had to right click on a marker or an off map element and navigate to the info window selector via the explorer – just in case anyone else has issues 🙂
