Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the plugin. Could you possibly show me the issue in situ or describe the problem to me?
Kind regards
May 3, 2017 at 2:39 pm #26790cyberconMemberYes I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you. Basically, if you go to https://www.marketfreshpetfoods.com/website/purchase-in-store/ you’ll see that the Zip /Address field does not work unless you enter some address information after the Zip. Now, most visitors I know will only put in the zip to search. and if you test this you’ll see that the button does nothing if you only enter the zip.
I really need to fix this. Thank you again for your help.

That’s not a problem, can you please provide me with your FTP details so I can log in and make the necessary changes? I know exactly how to fix this as I’ve done it for another customer recently, so I can have this sorted within the next 24 hours
Kind regards

can you explain the process, I do not feel comfortable to give you the access to my ftp.
ThanksJune 21, 2017 at 8:56 am #28019PerryModeratorHi there,
This issue is resolved in the latest version. There is a bug in the previous version where ZIP codes are interpreted as latitude/longitude and when the plugin tries to parse the longitude it breaks. Please update to 6.4.05 to resolve this,
Kind regards

I’m having a problem with the store locator too.
I would like to use the zip code search for my project(because many users only enter the zip code for the search), but it doesn’t work: after enter ZIP code without city/address, the button “Search” doesn’t react to click and the search is not possible.
I’m using the current version of WPGM-Plugin and WMGM-AddOn Pro.Thanks and regards

ZIP-Code Search in Pro-Version
I’m on Version 6.4.06 but searching requires that a user not only enter their zip but also that they click on the suggested info to fill in the rest of the form before they can search and that is too kludgy to make this usable.I’ve tried the “Advanced table” search function which works if the user enters something that exactly matches the location data I’ve entered but since One person enters St and another Saint and another St. it’s not a great list for the end user. The same goes for zip code. If they enter a zip code that is right next to but not exactly matching one of our locations they’ll be told there are no results.
If I could even get the zip code part working this would be a very usable product but as it is I can’t use it right now.

November 15, 2017 at 10:53 am #32154PerryModeratorHi Dave
Thanks for your interest in our plugin, sorry to hear this isn’t working well for you.
The auto-suggest field is one of Google’s components and as such there’s nothing we can do to control the behaviour of that field, sorry about that!
I can look at adding a fuzzy search and auto-suggest to the advanced table listing, however I wouldn’t be able to give a timeline on that at this present moment.
I believe this ZIP issue is out of my hands, however if you could direct me to your site and give me some example ZIP codes I can certainly take a look at this?
Kind regards
