Hi,
I don’t know exactly when this started – I am currently using WP Google Maps 6.4.02 with the Pro add-on Version 6.13 on WordPress 4.7.2, but it didn’t work with the previous version of the plugin either (I just wanted to check first if an update solves the problem):
I am using the store locator with several categories.
If I insert an address, radius, and category in the filter form, the map shows the correct markers from only the selected category.
But, no matter which category I choose, the listing beneath the map always displays all addresses, not only those from the selected category, as – I am quite sure – it used to be.You can check it out here: http://homecare-berlin.de/versorger/karte-sapv-in-berlin/
The listing always displays all 144 addresses.I would really appreciate help on this topic, because I am sure it used to work, and I can’t think of what might have changed this behaviour…
Thank you very much in advance!
Astrid

Thank you for getting in touch with us!I’ve had a look and for some reason the plugin is referencing “http://homecareberlin.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” when trying to get data from the database instead of your domain “http://homecare-berlin.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” – notice the one has a dash and the other does not.
Do you know why this would be the case? Did you move domains a while ago?
If you go to wp-admin -> settings – general (left main menu within wp-admin) are your “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” correct?
Kind regards

February 9, 2017 at 2:27 pm #24058codistenMemberHi Duncan,
thank you for your quick answer!
WordPress address and Site address are both set to http://homecareberlin.de
Both URLs, http://homecareberlin.de and http://homecare-berlin.de, point to the same folder on the webserver.Sorry for the confusion – I am used to use the homecare-berlin.de in conversations, but WordPress is in fact installed on homecareberlin.de, so the correct link to the map is actually http://homecareberlin.de/versorger/karte-sapv-in-berlin/
Sorry!Astrid
February 9, 2017 at 2:31 pm #24059Nick DuncanKeymasterNot a problem at all Astrid 🙂
It seems like it actually works on http://homecareberlin.de/versorger/karte-sapv-in-berlin/ then! Please confirm?Kind regards
NickFebruary 9, 2017 at 2:39 pm #24065codistenMemberYou are right!!!
I was so stupid – I developed the site under homecare-berlin.de and later switched domains and changed all paths – no occurence of homecare-berlin.de in the database…
BUT: I always click on a link on the home page to get to the map – and this link is actually stored in a widget.
And of course, I didn’t changed paths in the widgets, because all links were working…THANK YOU!!
You rock!! 🙂February 9, 2017 at 2:39 pm #24066Nick DuncanKeymasterAwesome! Great to hear! Thank you Astrid 😀
