Anyone got any tips for how to get the two stragglers to sit with the other ‘For Sale’ items? One of them was marked as sold originally but got moved into ‘For Sale’. I’ve tried unticking, saving then reticking the category and clearing cache. Don’t know what else to try.

Thank you for getting in touch with us, we do appreciate your time.
Please may you confirm if you have tried ordering your marker listing by “Category” as it will order your marker listing by their respective category and thus keeping all “For Sale” items together?
You may set the ordering by navigating through to Maps -> Edit -> Settings -> Marker Listing -> General.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

The attached screenshot is indeed set to sort by category ascending.

Thank you for getting back to me and for your time on this, I really appreciate it!
Thank you for the screenshot and links, I have taken a look at your map and it appears that all your markers are sorted and grouped in their respective categories.
Please may you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue on your end? If so, please may you try view your map from an private/incognito tab and confirm if you have the same result?
I look forward to hearing back from you.

It seems not to update the category information if you change the marker from one category to another. I’ve got them sorted by category priority descending but if I change one of the pins from Plot available to For Sale for instance it stays with the plot available markers.

Thank you for your confirmation and continued time on this, it is much appreciated.
As this was a manual temporary fix, please may I ask if you may undo the fix that you had implemented so that I may take a closer look and see if I may assist accordingly to have a permanent solution?
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Now I’ve moved the site to a different domain you’re welcome to test on the copy of the site I shared. I can give you a log in if you’d like?

Thank you for your response.
I have taken a look at your markers once again and it appears that you have some markers set to be ‘sticky’ with their “Always on top in marker listing” which may be causing this issue of the ordering.
With that said, please may you disable these respective options for your markers as you are ordering by category and confirm if this helps?
Kindest Regards,
Matthew -
