We have a regularly updated CSV on the server, and an hourly scheduled import set to “Remove All” mode.

On the admin side, it appears to work fine. Clicking on a marker brings up the relevant information. On the front end, however, most markers (500 out of 600) appear to be duplicated. I.e., clicking on a marker splits it into 2 or more markers with the same info. Sometimes it shows 3 or 4.

(Screenshots of back end and front end attached.)

    Help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch with us, we do appreciate your time.

Please may I start by asking if you may confirm which WP Go Maps plugins you are currently using and their respective version numbers? May you then also confirm which build (Maps -> Settings -> General Settings) you are using?

May I also ask if you would be able to provide me with a screenshot of how your scheduled import is set up (Maps -> Advanced/Tools -> Scheduled) so that I may take a closer look? You may mark your reply as private if needed.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest Regards,
    Matthew

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for getting back to me and for the confirmation.

Thank you for the details that you have provided, it appears that you are using the latest versions and using the “Atlas Novus” UI Build, with that said, the versions or build should not a factor in this case.

Please may I ask if you would be open to providing me with the link to your map and if you would also be able to provide me with your import file so that I may take a closer look?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest Regards,
    Matthew
