    Hi there,

Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.

It seems as though you might have a few categories with their parents set to themselves which will cause an infinite loop and cause a few things to fail.

Could I kindly ask you to go to the following links and adjust their “Parent” Categories to something other than themselves or to none?
    http://www.gretelmap.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-google-maps-menu-categories&action=edit&cat_id=17
    http://www.gretelmap.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-google-maps-menu-categories&action=edit&cat_id=18
    http://www.gretelmap.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-google-maps-menu-categories&action=edit&cat_id=2

Kindly let me know if this helps as I would be more than happy to take a closer look.

    Kindest Regards,
    Steven De Beer

    Hi Steven,

I solved it! Thanks for your advice!

But I have another problem.I created another map [wpgmza id="2"] to use in the same website, in other page, but the map not show.

I think there is a conflict with “Custom CSS” wrote for [WPGMZA id=1]. (I attached it code file)

Is the CSS Custom is valid for all maps?
    Is it possible?
    And What is solution?

Thank you and Happy new year!

    L.

I am glad to hear the initial issue is now corrected.

Could I kindly ask you to provide me with a link to your map so that I might take a closer look?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Ok!

    This is link:

    https://www.gretelmap.com/wp/alberimap/ (Duplicate Map 1)
    https://www.gretelmap.com/wp/alberimapv2/ (New Map)

https://www.gretelmap.com/wp/mappe/ (This original map, published on website)

In the meantime, I’ve duplicated the main map (wpgmza = 1) and used the copy. The map is displayed but the filter column is at the top and the map at the bottom of the page. With the same dimensions as the filter box. However, the fact remains that I can’t see new maps!

Thank you very much for your time.

    Hi Luigi,

Thank you so much for getting back to me.

I have taken a closer look at and to start, it seems there is some conflicting styling which appears to be due to Elementor applying the display: grid property and a few other issues.

To start, your (Mew Map) looks like it has a height percentage set and not a px value which you will need to change via Maps -> Map Editor -> height. Unfortunately, a percentage value doesn’t scale well with most themes simply due to how they are built.

Additionally, it seems the maps are trying to be up inside an A link which is also causing display issues.

I have taken two short gifs simply for your reference on the above issues:

Kindly let me know if this helps?
