Thanks so much for getting in touch and sorry for the inconvenience.

To determine if this is being caused by a JavaScript error and to find the cause of the error, could I kindly ask if you could send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console on the map list page after attempting to click on the duplicate button to my email address [email protected]? The console can be opened by right clicking on the page, clicking ‘Inspect Element’ and then clicking on ‘Console’.

This will be a huge help in finding the cause of the issue and finding a solution.

We have found the cause of the issue and this has been mentioned to the development team to fix as soon as possible for the next release.

Thank you all for your continued time on this issue. Our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

We have located the cause of the duplicate issue. We have patched this in an upcoming release of the Pro add-on which we expect will be released within the next week or so. It appears this was due to a bug within the JavaScript files responsible for handling duplication.
