Could you please provide a link to the page with the JavaScript problems? If it is your admin page, would you mind allowing me temporary admin access to your website so that I can troubleshoot? Please do so in a private reply in this thread so that only our support staff can see the information. (Check the box next to “Set as private reply” below the reply editor box.
Please provide:
– URL to wp-admin
– Temporary Admin Username (please do not send any existing admin information)
– Temporary Admin PasswordThanks in advance.

First let me apologize for the completely unacceptable delay in my response. I somehow missed that this thread had been updated.
The error I am seeing on your page is that there is no API key being sent with the Google API requests. Have you set up a Google API Project for WP Google Maps and enabled all the required libraries? Once you’ve done that you need to add the API key to WP Google Map’s settings here: WordPress Dashboard → Maps → Settings → Advanced.
See this documentation article for details.
Please let me know if you need assistance with this or if it does not solve your issue. Again, I’m sorry for the delayed response.

I’d like to take a look at your site’s back-end, if you wouldn’t mind. Could you please create a temporary admin account for your WordPress site and send me the following information as a Private Reply to this topic:
– WP-Admin URL
– Temporary Admin Username
– Temporary Admin PasswordTo send the info as a Private Reply, simply check the box next to Set as private reply under the topic editor.
Thanks in advance for your patience.

I need you to go back in to your WP Google Maps project in the Google API Manager.
- Click on Credentials in the right sidebar.
- Click the little pencil icon to the right of the API Key for your website to edit your API Credentials.
- Scroll down until you see the section titled Key restriction.
- Click in the HTTP referrers (web sites) radio button to select it.
- Scroll down to Accept requests from these HTTP referrers (web sites) and type the following into separate text boxes there:
*.example.com
and*example.com
. - Click the Save button to save your changes.
Please let me know if this does not solve your problem or if you have any further questions or concerns. Again, thank you for your patience.
