Not receiving email notification when new marker added

Hi,

I have setup VGM and ticked to receive email when someone register a new marker, but I don’t receive any email. Have checked the spam folder, but nothing there.

What could be causing this?

Please may you confirm which WP Go Maps (Formerly WP Google Maps) plugins you are currently using as well as their respective version numbers?

I’m using the following plugins:

WP Go Maps version 9.0.6
WP Go Maps – Pro Add-on version 9.0.6
Wp Go Maps – Visitor Generated Markers version 3.34
