Not able to make a customisation request

The feature request page appears to hang on ‘Processing’.

Customization Requests

Are you still not in a position to take (paid) customization requests as per:

If so why is there not a notice on the customisation page/is the page not removed?

Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately we currently do not have the capacity to take on any additional customization requests at this stage.

Thus we believe we had removed the customization request page from our navbar and footer due to this.
