When I load my map in iOS Safari or Mobile Chrome, the Roadmap background loads wrong – it’s the wrong size and the image seems jumbled/disconnected in squares – the roads don’t match up to the Satellite view either. I’ve tried various settings of disabling and enabling features but it doesn’t change anything.
It also loads completely fine on all desktop browsers, even when scaled down to mobile widths. Is there something I’m missing that’s causing this glitch – I searched online and in these forums and couldn’t find anything.

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us, and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
I have viewed your map page and I was able to replicate this issue.
Could you please confirm if you have any other mapping plugins installed on your site?
If so, could you please temporarily disable these plugins to debug this issue further?
Would you also perhaps be open to please temporarily switch to a default theme to see if this resolves the issue?
Please note that we recommend that you first take a backup of your site.
Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
We look forward to hearing back from you and assisting you further.
Kind Regards,

September 22, 2020 at 5:00 pm #60894imagedesignMemberI was able to solve it by removing a line of CSS in the custom theme we had used.
There was an img tag rule with object-fit:none; – once I removed that rule it solved the issue.
Thanks for your help!
