I’m attempting to optimize the Mobile user experience and am running into two issues. Hoping I may be overlooking something somewhere.

The first is that when using a pretty standard 4:3 thumbnail image, most of the text for the marker popup is hidden and forces a user to scroll. Intermittently it will load with it showing so I know the box size can work but I cant force it to do it. I have a 4 words as the description so I’m not being wordy here. Anyway to force it to load showing the full set of text? Image attached.

When opening the marking listings, the menu takes up basically the full width of the map. I can live with that however when you click a location, the listing menu stays open and the map stays hidden forcing the user to then close the listen menu to see the location which makes for a clunky experience. What I’d like is once the location is clicked that the menu closes so you can see the location you’ve clicked on the map. Any way to do this? Image also attached.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch with us, we do appreciate over time.

Thank you for the images regarding the infowindow, please may I ask if you may provide me with the link to your map page so that I may take a closer look and confirm if some custom CSS code can assist you with this.

With regards to your second point of automatically closing the marker listing panel after a marker list item is clicked, this also may be possible using some custom JS code which I may write for you which I would need a link to your map page as well.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest Regards,
    Matthew
