I have a wp-google-maps pro map that was working until recently *(client did not tell me when it stopped working)* and the problem is that the markers are not showing up on the front end. I have read the article at https://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/troubleshooting/my-markers-are-not-showing-on-my-map/ and can tell you the following things:
- My problem map is using the Store Locator
- I am using WP Google Maps 8.0.15 and WP Google Maps Pro Add-on 7.11.66
- I was using AutoOptimize for cacheing and I deleted the cache and turned off the plugin.
- I have not deleted the AutoOptimize plugin or the associated folders in wp-content but am willing to do so if this will fix the problem.
- I have turned on the checkmark at Maps > Settings > Advanced > Disable AutoOptimize Compatibility fix just in case.
- I was pulling my markers from the database but changed to the XML Directory. That required me to create the folder {uploads_dir}/wp-google-maps/ which I did. (I don’t understand if I was supposed to put anything in that directory so I have not. Assuming the plugin will auto-populate.)
- The permissions on the above folder are 755
- This is an https site and the marker data xml url is https (see screenshot for all of above.)
- I have selected a Theme, however nothing happens when I click on the Preview button. The theme box has the following information in it: [ “visibility”, “invert_lightness”, “color”, “weight”, “hue”, “saturation”, “lightness”, “gamma”]
- I have over 250 markers and they are all showing in the backstage. (see screenshot).
I greatly appreciate any help you can give me.
Many thanks,
ChristopherAttachments:

I’m sorry for the delay in getting back with you, but for some reason your reply did not come through to gmail. I will monitor this thread more closely as we go forward.
The page with the map on it is at https://aabroward.org/map-of-meeting-locations/.
Thank you,

Thanks for the response and sorry for the trouble with the email not reaching you.
I was able to take a closer look at your site and noticed that there is a JavaScript error in the console causing this.
Could I kindly ask if you could create a ticket here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ so that I can assist you further in getting this resolved and if it would be possible to create a temporary account for me on your site to take a closer look and find a solution?
Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you and helping you get this resolved.
Kindest regards,
