Hi I am from a Not-for-profit, we recently purchased the pro version, but are now thinking of grabbing the gold add on.

We are using the plugin in the open layers engine. Can you tell me if marker clustering is a feature of the open layers engine? Or is it google maps and therefore only a feature if we also get a Google API key?

    Cheers,
    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us, and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Non-profit organizations can receive the Pro add-on free.

If you would like us to provide you with a refund for the Pro add-on, could I kindly ask if you could please submit a support ticket here -> https://www.wpgmaps.com/support/.

Could I also kindly ask if you could please provide us with a link to your website in this ticket?

Please note that the Gold add-on is not supported with the OpenLayers map engine at the moment.

This means that you will be required to create a Google Maps API Key.

You can find our documentation here – https://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/creating-a-google-maps-api-key/#create

I hope this helps clarify, and we look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards,
    Abel

    Hi Abel,

Thank you for your reply! This is excellent news… currently we are rebuilding the website and WP maps is only on our staging site. We are hopefully going live in a few weeks. Should I wait to request the refund or can I provide the staging site link?

    Best,
    Ryan
