I have tried to post similar questions recently but 3 days later it still shows “This topic is pending moderation.” Not sure why you guys keep ignoring my posts (https://www.wpgmaps.com/forums/topic/unable-to-load-carousel-marker-listing, https://www.wpgmaps.com/?post_type=topic&p=69429).
Lets try this again…Ever since updating to the newest WPGMaps version the maps no longer function properly. The field Location page (https://www.district4wa.com/field_locations/) was showing all the markers (but not the carousel marker listing) until I went into a whole other map and added a marker to that map (https://www.district4wa.com/softball-tournaments/). Once I added the marker to that map it broke every single map on the site.
I am receiving a “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500” on the file js.js.
In the enqueue script file I have this line “wp_enqueue_script( ‘plugin-javascript’, plugins_url( ‘js.js’, __FILE__ ), array( ‘jquery’ ) );” but when I remove it then none of my custom JavaScript/JQuery scripts run.
What has happened?
`June 14, 2021 at 7:06 am #69440StevenModeratorHi @agon024,
Thank you so much for getting in touch and our sincerest apologies for the delay over the weekend.
Could I kindly ask you to confirm the exact versions of WP Google Maps and WP Google Maps Pro currently installed?
In addition to this, might I kindly ask you to enable the carousel marker listing?
We may need to take a closer look as usually a 500 error indicates an issue has occurred on the website server, which may require more debugging in order to determine what is occurring.
I look forward to hearing back from you and getting this issue resolved.
Kindest Regards,

It should also be noted that now for some reason the maps now display properly but jQuery isn’t working so the carousel won’t function.
I have re-enabled the carousel listing.

June 15, 2021 at 10:41 am #69464StevenModeratorHi @agon024,
Thank you so much for getting back to me.
Might I kindly ask you to try the following?
Please navigate to -> Maps -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Please copy the below JS and paste this in the custom JS field:
$ = jQuery;
Once done, please click save and kindly confirm with me once complete?
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Adding “$ = jQuery;” to the custom js field does nothing to fix it.
Again, here is the link – https://www.district4wa.com/field_locations/

June 25, 2021 at 9:51 am #69615StevenModeratorHi @agnon024,
Thank you so much for getting back to me and my sincerest apologies for the delay.
I unfortunately never got a notification that there was a reply for this thread.
I have taken a look and it seems your Carousel Responsivity Settings (Autoplay) was set to 0 which was autoplaying incredibly quickly which was resulting in what was seen.
Adjusting this to a millisecond value helped to correct this.
Can I ask you to please take a look at your end?
