Map reset after adding new marker

When I add a new marker at a map location (by right clicking to position the marker) and then save the marker, the screen resets and the map comes back at a totally different location. Am I doing something wrong? The expected and more useful behavior would be for the map to return to the position of the just-added marker so that I can check that the proper icon was applied and I got the position right. The way it is, I have to scroll and pan, sometimes quite a bit, to check on the marker I just made. It feels like unnecessary extra work and does not feel like a user-friendly interface.

After adding new marker the map returns to map zoom and center settings so when your new marker is somewhere outside center of the map it may change.
We’re working on new V7 release where we try to improve this feature. Thank you for pointing this out.
