Hi, For some time now, general map data has been displayed on a single panel rather than across multiple panels, and marker data also appears on a single panel; furthermore, it is no longer possible to update or add markers. I believe this issue arose after the update to WP GO MAPS version 10.1.09 (though I am not certain). I reverted to the previous version and deactivated some plugins that had been updated in the meantime, but the situation remains unchanged. Do you have any suggestions for restoring proper functionality? Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us.

May I kindly ask you to provide us with a link to your map so that we may take a closer look?

Thank you so much for your time and we look forward to hearing from you.

    Kindest regards,

Hi, The reported issue occurs across all maps whenever they are being updated. To properly diagnose the problem, you would need temporary access to the site using a temporary user ID and password, rather a link to a specific map, so please let me know if that is what you require. In the meantime, I am attaching a screenshot showing how a map appears when an update is attempted: all map data is displayed on a single screen rather than across separate panels, and the details of all marker are not visible. Nevertheless, I am also including a link to a map.

Hi, I would be very grateful if the issue could be resolved more quickly. I hold a WP MAPS PRO license, and I likely made a mistake by opening the ticket under the basic version category. Thanks a lot.

    Hi there,

We apologize for our delayed response.

As we need admin access to view your maps, please may I ask you to open a support ticket with us here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/support/

This is a more direct form of communication with us and will also allow us to debug further with admin details.

When opening a ticket, you can mention my name, the issue you are experiencing and the admin details so we can go straight into testing.

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Kindest regards,
    Jaden Botha
