Hi! Map works fine for desktop, not showing up at all for mobile.
November 8, 2016 at 8:45 am #21892DylanModeratorHi there,
Thank you so much for getting in touch with us, we really appreciate your time.
Could I ask you to send me a link to your site so that I can run a few tests from my side?
We do not generally experience any issues with mobile displays, and as such this should be relatively easy to resolve for you. 🙂
November 8, 2016 at 11:24 am #21895[email protected]MemberHi there! Thanks so much, below is the link to our page (map is near the bottom).

November 8, 2016 at 3:23 pm #21899DylanModeratorHi again,
Thank you so much for the site link, this is great help! 🙂
I looked into this for you, and I didn’t find any common conflicts which may be causing this.
Also, on my side the map displayed as intended on my device (as well as emulation software).
Would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of the issue on your side? This may assist me in identifying the issue from my side.
Thank you so much for your time, I would really like to get this resolved for you.
December 1, 2016 at 3:09 pm #22506leedthomasMemberHi I am also having this issue. I am using the WP Google Maps Pro plugin.

December 2, 2016 at 11:05 am #22537DylanModeratorHi Lee,
Thank you so much for taking a moment to report this to us.
I had a look at your site and it appears that it is stripping the map element on mobile view.
Could I ask if you are using any mobile performance improvement plugins/services?
December 7, 2016 at 7:57 pm #22614leedthomasMemberHi Dylan,
Apologies for the delayed response. The only plugin I can think might be considered a mobile performance plugin would be Visual Composer as it does have a responsive options. Other than that I don’t.
I have tested this with all other plugins turned off and it suggests there may be an issue with Visual Composer. Even when VC is also deactivated, the map does not appear in that gap where it should be. I have attached an example of this.
Perhaps it is a conflict with the mobile code of VC.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks
Lee

Not a problem at all, I completely understand.
Would you perhaps be open to creating a temporary admin account on your site for me? I would then be able to run some tests to get to the bottom of this issue as soon as possible for you.
If so, please send through the details as a Private Reply, or alternatively via our Support Desk.
Thank you for your time.

Locations Near You
It works well on Desktop, but i tested on multiple devices and multiple browser on mobile, but I am not able to see the map on them.
April 1, 2021 at 7:33 am #68342MatthewModeratorHi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us, we do appreciate your time.
I have run a few tests on your site using various mobile devices and specifically the Chrome browser, however, all appears to be working as expected on my end (please see image attached).
Please could I kindly ask if you may clear your browser cache (can be done in the browser settings) and confirm if you are still experiencing this issue?
Should the issue still persist, please may you confirm which mobile device and browser you are using?
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Kindest Regards,

Thank you for getting in touch with us, we do appreciate your time.
I have taken a look at your site on Desktop and it appears that you are receiving a ‘google is not defined’ JavaScript error which suggests that the Google API is not loading at all or not loading correctly.
I have thus run a few tests and found that your site is currently using “WP Rocket” as well as the Google Maps API script is being altered to include the following attributes:
type="rocketlazyloadscript" data-rocket-type='text/javascript'
With that said, please could I kindly ask if you may disable any setting that may be related and/or are causing these attributes to be included on the loading of the Google API?
Once this has been done, please do let me know if this helps?
I look forward to hearing back from you.

July 27, 2021 at 11:26 am #70022MatthewModeratorHi Elkana,
Thank you for getting back to me and most valued time, I tremendously appreciate it!
I am most happy to hear that, and it was my great pleasure assisting you with this.
Please may you kindly consider reviewing our plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-google-maps/reviews/#new-post?
It would really mean the world to me! And if possible, please could I kindly ask you to mention both your name and mine in the review for administrative purposes as this would be a tremendous help?
Should you ever require any further assistance, I am more than happy to help.
Have a fantastic day and week further!
Kindest Regards,
MatthewAugust 10, 2021 at 8:50 pm #70279sawmriMemberHi-
I have had the mobile map disappear, as well.
I use WP Rocket.
Unfortunately, I don’t understand the solution above. Can you please walk me through it?
Thank you!
