    Hello,

We’ve just installed your plugin and it looks fantastic on desktop. However, when I go to the page on the mobile phone, the map doesn’t show up (blank space). I tried to troubleshoot by looking at other posts in the forums, but it’s still not working for me.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your response and time on this, I really appreciate it!

Thank you for the link, I have taken a look on desktop and it appears that your map is not displayed on my end. It appears that you are receiving some javascript errors that ‘jQuery is not defined’.

I have looked into this and it appears that your jQuery script tag that loads the jQuery bundle is being deferred, thus please may you confirm if you have any plugins that could cause this?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest Regards,
    Matthew

    Hi there,

Thank you for your response and for the new link.

Yes that is correct as it appears that the script tag that loads the jQuery bundle is being deferred which is causing the issue. When logged in, most optimization plugins do not apply this as it allows the admins to view the page as raw as possible without any caching or performance settings applied.

With that said, please may you confirm if you can find and disable any setting like “Defer jQuery/jQuery Migrate” in your optimizations/security plugin or theme and confirm if this helps?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest Regards,
    Matthew
