Map not responding on mobile devices

Hi!
I´m having an issue on mobile devisces. The map is completely unresponsive.

I´m unable to zoom and click on markers etc.

How do i fix this?

Could you please give me some more details about the device and browser you’re using?

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue on my Samsung A5 (Chrome)

Testet it on a nokia lumia with explorer – same issue – the map just acts as a static image.

My sincerest apologies for the delay in response.

Please navigate to ‘Maps’ -> ‘Edit’ -> ‘Advanced Settings’ and change the ‘Map Alignment’ to ‘none’.
