Hello,
I’m getting jQuery error instead of my map on my website.
The error message looks like this: “Error: Your version of jQuery is outdated. WP Google Maps requires jQuery version 1.7+ to function correctly. Go to Maps->Settings and check the box that allows you to over-ride your current jQuery to try eliminate this problem.”I have enabled the box with “troubleshooting options”, but I continue to receive this error.
My curent jQ-Version is “jQuery v1.7.1”Best regards

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Sorry to hear you’re having this issue,
Could you please direct me to the page in question so I can investigate further?
If this is only happening in your dashboard, could you please give me temporary access to the dashboard so I can investigate there?
If that is the case and it’s permissible for me to login there, please make sure you set your reply to private so as not to expose the details.
Kind regards

No, dashboard is displayed correctly, also all markers including all data.
It happens only if I want press “Preview”-Button after editing the page contains the map, so in frontend I see only error message instead of my map (see a pic below).Attachments:

The map appears to be OK on the front end of the site so,
I’m going to make a note that our plugin isn’t compatible with preview mode as that appears to be the case here.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Perhaps you could use a private staging page and do live edits on it as a compromise?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Kind regards
