    Hi,

    Please send me an invoice for my recent purchase of the Lifetime Licence.
    It was purchased with my current login email address.
    I also sent you a relevant email on the contact form on the contact page, on 24/2/2022, with the necessary information.

    I have not received an update yet with the invoice I requested.

    I don’t understand why I can’t have an invoice when purchasing the product.

    We do send an invoice upon purchase via email, however, it appears that the email may not have made it through to you accordingly.

    Thus please may you confirm your email address so that I may find your purchase and create an invoice for you accordingly (you may mark your reply as private if needed).

    Thank you for the details, I have managed to find your ticket using your email address and it appears that one of your agents had responded to your ticket on the 24th February thus please ensure that our response did not land up in your spam folder accidentally.
