Integrate with form and CSS for filtering

Hi there, wish to check how can i list a map within a form which allows user to indicate their location. In addition, wish to check how can i apply css or any method so that the filters are on the left / right of the map instead of the top bar

Please may you confirm if this is correct, you would like to display your map on a form on your site that allows users to select a marker and thus populate the marker’s location/address into your form?

With regards to your question on using some CSS code to move the filters to the left/right side of the map, you may enter your custom CSS into the “Custom CSS” setting block (Maps -> Settings -> Advanced Settings) as all CSS code entered there will be loaded with each of your maps.

Should you need assistance in writing the CSS code, please may you provide me with a link to your map so that I may take a closer look and thus assist you accordingly?
