I already checked the forum and found other similar issues, but no viable solution for this problem.
I’m trying to import a small csv (50 addresses) WITHOUT lat/lon. Hence I need to use the geocoding option. Unfortunately the import fails immediately with the infamous “Request Denied” error.
I’m 100% sure all APIs are enabled and the permissions are ok (all maps work properly, geolocation included). Older versions of your plugin provided a log console, I can’t find it anymore…JS console doesn’t fire any error, neither are the server logs.
The only thing I can think about is that my site isn’t secured (still http). It will switch to another https url when finished developing it.
    Any clue?

    Hi there

Please follow the instructions here to solve this issue:

    Kind regards

    Ohhhhh YES ! Thanks.

Thanks. I’ll check the solution next time (or, as it seems to be addressed in the 8.1 version, I’ll try updating). For now, I solved geolocating manually…

    Hi there

You’re very welcome, if there’s anything else we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I followed the github instructions and am still getting REQUEST DENIED when I try to import a KML file.

I’m on shared hosting, so the IP address doesn’t go directly to my site. Is that the problem?

    What else can I try?

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for getting back to us.

Unfortunately, the IP address needs to be the IP address for your website otherwise Google Maps will block this request which in turn will give out the REQUEST DENIED error.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kindest Regards,

I followed the github instructions and am still getting REQUEST DENIED when I try to import a csv file.

I tested importing the example.csv and it successfully imported. I tried to match up the format of the client csv to the exammpled.csv, but no luck.

Then, I tried to paste the unformatted data into the example.csv file to test it. Then, the example.csv got a REQUEST DENIED.

Attached is the csv file that I am referencing.

    Thanks in advance.
