I am trying to import a CSV file to my map. I’ve tested adding a marker manually and it is displaying properly. I’ve looked through the import markers section and I don’t believe I have any mistakes on my CSV, but I have attached it in case I am mistaken.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Could I please ask if you could send me a copy of the CSV file to my email address ‘[email protected]’ so that I can assist you further, as I cannot see the attached file.
Thanks.
Kind regards,

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have over a thousand markers and this free geocode service whats me to break them up into groups of 100..
Thanks!
January 3, 2018 at 9:25 pm #33437[email protected]MemberHi there,
Thanks for the response.
Can you please ensure that you have created a Google Maps API key and that you have enabled the ‘Geolocation API’ and the ‘Geocoding API’ from the Google API Console Manager?

Thanks for letting me know and sorry for the back and forth.
Would you perhaps be open to creating a temporary admin account for me so that I can take a closer look and find a solution for you?

My sincere apologies for the delay in response over the weekend.
Unfortunately, I am still seeing the error in the attached image. I have tested it in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer in normal and incognito tabs.
Please advise if you have any idea what I might be doing wrong?
Kind regards,
DylanJanuary 8, 2018 at 9:16 pm #33539bluedragMemberHi Dylan,
Sorry you had responded to me by email so I did not check this post, I was waiting for a response via email.
That is very strange, the URL I gave you is correct: https://coastmusic.com/
I have tested this on my phone as well as my desktop and I am able to get to the website.
Can you see the site at https://coastmusic.com/ ? (without the wp-admin)
Thanks,
GregJanuary 8, 2018 at 9:20 pm #33541bluedragMemberHi Dylan,
Looking into this a little bit more it seems the site is only viewable locally.. I’ll have to talk to my network admin about this issue. Thanks for your help I will email you once I’ve resolved this so we can move forward on the google maps issue.

GregFebruary 1, 2018 at 7:54 am #34263[email protected]MemberHi Greg,
Thanks for getting back to me. I believe I may have found the cause of the issue but would like to test it first.
I tried logging in but the login page requires an ‘Authorization Code’ as well.
Can you please confirm what the code is so that I can log in and fix this issue for you?
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Dylan -
