Import using Create & Update only makes duplicate entries

Whether using import (now) or scheduled import, create & update is only making duplicate entries. How to make it update existing markers and only add new markers?

Steps/settings used:
1. Import new markers from Google Sheets published URL
2. Export markers to grab marker IDs
3. Schedule an import of file (with marker IDs) from Google Sheets published URL
4. Scheduled import has settings/column map as shown in attached pics
5. Result is constant duplicates

I have had to use Replace all (same settings & mapping on import,) but a daily replace is ballooning the ID #s and seems unnecessary.
