Could I kindly ask if you could please confirm the WP Google Maps versions installed on your site?
Could you also please provide me with the CSV File you have used to import your markers?
Lastly, would you perhaps be open to please submit a support ticket here -> https://www.wpgmaps.com/support/ -> and please provide us with FTP access so that we can debug this issue further?
