Image in marker for logged in users

Hi,

I´m planning to add a map to my site. Before purchasing your addon I just want to know if it is possible

– to allow only logged in users to add markers (should be possible according to one of your answers here) and allow them to use their own images for the description in the marker (ideally the images should be shown when a link is inserted)

– to allow the search for markers for not logged in users (I mean the list functionality of the demo-page including the search function).
