Gold version won't update

    We have the developer bundle, but the Gold version will not update.
    It’s stuck at version 3.35.
    When I fill out the form to get the latest version, I receive older versions (pro: 5.66, gold: 3.22). I’ve read here on the forum that the newer versions are stand alone versions or something like that, and that the newer versions have to be bought again. I think this is kinda weird since I got the developer bundel, which conclude: ‘access to updates forever’.

    Is there a way I can get the newer version of the gold version?
    (The pro version did update)

    Thank you so much for taking the time to get in touch with us.

    Our latest major release (Version 6) was released separately from the existing Version 5. We did not discontinue version 5, and we will still support this version and release patches as/when needed.

    That being said, all clients who purchased the Pro add-on (Not the developer bundle) in 2015 are eligible for a free upgrade to version 6, and clients who purchased before 2015 are eligible for discounts on the major upgrade.

    For clients who have purchased the Developer Bundle are eligible for a free upgrade to Version 6 regardless of when this was purchased.

    During the change of our version model, we did send out an automated email to ensure everyone was aware of this, however we are aware that some of those emails did not reach our clients for some reason. We do apologize for this from our side, and look forward to assisting you with your upgrade to Version 6.

    Note: I would like to take a moment to reassure all users who read this thread, that Version 5 is still being maintained and will receive updates as/when needed to maintain security and usability.
