Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.
I took a closer look at your CSV file, however, it seems that all the data was confined to one field as seen in my attached screenshot:
– https://imgur.com/a/PwS21lWMight I kindly suggest using Google Sheets in order to reformat this data correctly as other editors such as Excel can add additional encoding and affect the sheet?

It works. I also had to add an Alternative Import API Key to enable the automatic locating of the address.

I am getting this error: “Geocode failed (Request denied – This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to use this API key. Request received from IP address 34.123.190.131, with empty referer) (Rows: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11)” when trying to import a sample csv file with addresses and no latitude or longitude. Google requires an Alternate Import API key that is IP-restricted in order to import markers and use their Google geocoding API. With that said, please may I ask if you have created another API key that is IP restricted to your server IP Address in your Google Console that is inserted in the “Alternate Import API Key” field (Maps -> Settings -> Advanced Settings)?
