I am pleased with the card solution. A little something bothers me:

Get directions in the info bubble not possible to translate WPML.

Thanks for getting in touch with us!

The text in the info window is dynamic and as such isn’t available in the PO / MO files, you would need to add these to your PO / MO files manually for multilingual infowindows.
