    Hi there,

Thank you so much for the feedback. It is strange that the map is not placed correctly, as it appears to be placed as intended on my side.

Could I ask you to confirm that you have cleared your browser cache? As I believe you may be receiving a cached version of the ‘core.js’ file which is handling the placement.

An easy way of testing this would be to open the page in an incognito window.

Unfortunately upon update, the code will need to be re-applied. However the styling will stay in place due to the fact that this is stored within ‘Maps’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Advanced’ -> ‘Custom CSS’

    I hope this helps?

Hi Dylan, surely I cleared cache more then once….. and I don’ t understand why on your side is OK, is maybe the browser?
Herewith you find screenshots of main browser and the only one that works well it seems to be Chrome.

    With Safari nothing changes….

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for your time on this one.

I had a look at this issue on Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I believe these browsers were ignoring my call to adjusting the left-margin, and as such I have changed this to left position instead.

Please have a look and confirm?

    Hi there,

I am glad to hear we are heading in the right direction on this one.

I tested this from my version of Firefox (49.0.2) and the placement script appears to run as intended.

After this I proceeded to look for common conflicts with version 37.0.2, however I could not find any conflicts which could be causing this issue. However it is possible that this specific version of Firefox is having an issue with the placement.

Would it be possible for your to update Firefox on your side and try the site again?

    Hi there,

I am glad to hear this resolved the issue.

I believe this must then be an issue with the specific version of Firefox.

Thank you so much for your time.

Hi All, it seems I gone back to two months ago…..
    Current versions
    1) WP Google Maps 6.4.02
    2) Pro Add 5.73
    3) Visitor generated markers 3.00

and nothing works on all browser: no fullscreen map and left aligned

downgrading to Old Versions when everything seemed OK

    1) WP Google Maps 6.3.20
    2) Pro Add 5.73
    3) Visitor generated markers 2.8

and nothing works on: Firefox (Ver 51.0.1) shows a jQuery error and map is not visualized, not fully translated
Chrome (Ver 56.0.2924.87) shows map left aligned, not fully translated
Edge (Ver 38.14393.0.0) shows map no fullscreen but center aligned, fully translated

No one browser shows fullscreen map, I don’ t know what is happened, I did only updating and nothing else…..

    Hi there,

So sorry for the issues you are having with the update.

Could I ask you to confirm that you did add the JavaScript discussed in this thread after updating?

I could handle this on your behalf if you would like?

Hi Dylan, I did nothing has the last time, you did everything.
If it’ s possible let me know what and how to do even if, I think the best is to place these files
    in the child theme

    You can handle it
    Thank you

    Hi there,

Not a problem at all, I am happy to apply these changes again for you.

I believe it should be possible to add this to your child theme.

Would you be open to creating another temporary admin account for me?

If so, please remember to send the login details as a ‘Private Reply’, or via our support desk.

    Thank you for your time.
