I have a fatal error. It happened when I moved my site to another server. How can i fix this?
I didn’t have a problem before I migrated my site. When I move my site to the new server, everything seems fine, but the Wp Go Maps plugin gives the following fatal error and can not active.
Web server:Microsoft-ISS/10.0
My PHP version:7.4.30
My Basic WP Go Maps Version:8.1.18 (I also tried version 9.0.7 and still get the same error.)
My Pro Wp Go Maps Version:8.1.17Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: Option value is not valid JSON in wp_options – Syntax error in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\wp-google-maps\lib\codecabin\class.settings.php:29 Stack trace:

July 29, 2022 at 8:14 am #74181StevenModeratorHi there,
Could I kindly ask you to deactivate and delete WP Google Maps V8.1.17.
Please then update your basic version to V9.0.7 and confirm if the basic version works by without the Pro version active?
I look forward to hearing back from you.

I tried doing what you said, still didn’t work.
First of all, I deactivated both the pro plugin. Then I deleted both the basic and pro plugin. Then I installed WP Go Maps V9.0.7.
