Since updating my Google Maps API Key, I get emails to say people have added a new marker via VGM, but the marker isn’t in the list waiting to be approved in the back end. I’m currently adding them in manually via the back end from the email info.
How do I resolve this?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.
What plugins versions do you have installed (WP Google Maps and WP Google Maps Pro)? You can find them when you open Plugins section and scroll down to see our plugin.
Could you send me the URL to your site so I’ll take a look if there are any issues?
Thank you for your time in this.

Thanks that has worked – I have applied it and tested on our live site as well – it will save me a lot of work cutting and pasting from emails.
Do you know what caused it and will it be fixed in a future release?
It seems like there is some work that needs doing to the short codes to make them work reliably now that the plugin has been updated to v7 – they are really useful and it would be great to have a few more options.
Thanks for your help in sorting this out.

It seems that the
disable_vgm_formattribute is not working as expected. We’ll do some test on our side and fix it in future release. I’m sorry for any inconveniences caused by this.
