Thank you for getting in touch with us on this matter.
Could you please send me a link to your map where this is happening as this is the first time I have heard of this issue in the plugin?
Can you please tell me what version numbers of our plugin you are using on your site at the moment (Basic and Pro or just Basic version numbers)?
Thank you for your time in this matter.September 29, 2017 at 5:31 pm #30906TabathaMemberThis reply has been marked as private.September 29, 2017 at 5:33 pm #30907TabathaMember
I’m using Wp Google Maps v6.4.06 and Pro Add-on v6.13September 29, 2017 at 5:36 pm #30908TabathaMember
Now I see why you haven’t experienced this before. It looks like my theme is causing the issue. The theme is Salient, b ThemeNectar.

Again, it is a pleasure to have been of some assistance in this matter and thank you for your kind words 🙂
If you ever have two minutes spare, please consider reviewing the plugin on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-google-maps/reviews/#new-post – it would mean the world to all of us here at WP Google Maps 🙂
I hope you have a great day further 🙂
