Is it possible to have a different set of custom fields in different maps? For example:
– Custom Field 1
– Custom Field 2
– Custom Field 3
Currently every custom field is showing up on every map.
Thanks!April 6, 2020 at 9:18 am #58585StevenModerator
Thank you so much for getting in touch, we really appreciate your time.
You should simply need to navigate to -> Maps -> Map Editor -> Marker Filtering -> here you can enable and disable custom field filter specific to each map.
I hope this helps?

Thanks Steven. I should have been more descriptive. I am using VGM. I want users to be able to add the custom fields in VGM, but want different fields on different maps.
Even with the filtering checked/unchecked, they all show up on every map with VGM enabled.
Thanks again.April 7, 2020 at 9:34 am #58605StevenModerator
Thank you so much for getting back to me and for clarifying.
Unfortuantely, this is currently not supported in the VGM add on, however, I thank you kindly for bringing this to our attention, as I believe this is something to incorporate into the VGM add on.
I have added this to our development schedule to be included in a future update of Maps.
I hope this is acceptable?

Having different custom fields for different maps is key to what I would like to do too. Please can you make sure this is a priority in the development schedule for a future update.March 23, 2021 at 11:42 am #68235StevenModerator
Thank you so much for getting back to us.
This is something still on our development schedule and if we do not run into any major issues, we will be looking at incorporating this feature.
Unfortuantely, I cannot provide an exact ETA as of yet.
