    Hello, the category filtering now appears inside a square scrollbox, is it possible to have them displayed custom, like all in one row just above the map? like below, and remove the filter by text?

    [X]CATEGORY [X]CATEGORY [X]CATEGORY [X]CATEGORY [X]CATEGORY

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    This can be achieved by changing the Category Filter style from Maps > Settings and changing the marker filtering to Checkbox.

    Please let me know if this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Dylan

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the response and sorry for the misunderstanding on my side.

    Just to confirm, do you want to display the checkboxes horizontally? Could I kindly ask you to add the following CSS to achieve this:

    .wpgmza_filter_container {
    width: 100% !important;
    max-height: 20px !important;
    }
    .wpgmza_cat_checkbox_item_holder {
    display: inline-block !important;
    margin-right: 20px !important;
    }

    Please let me know if this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Dylan

    Are you getting any errors when updating from the WP Admin?

    Additionally, can you please confirm which email you used to purchase the Pro version so that I can assist you further?

    Kind regards,

    Hi there,

    My sincere apologies for the mistake on my end as there was a JavaScript error in the console stopping this from working correctly. I has been fixed and is working correctly now.

    Can you please have another look and confirm?

    Thanks.

    Kind regards,
    Dylan

    Hi there,

    Jarek here from the Development Team.

    Dylan is out of office and asked me for assist you further.

    I looked through previous conversation and it seems the changes made by Dylan are custom style and JS. If there were no changes in plugin files you will not lost modification after plugin update.
    Please note you don’t need to delete the plugin in order to update it. Update should be done via Plugins section.

    Kind regards

    Hi there,

    Please try to deactivate the plugin first and update it then. It helps most of the time with update issue.

    Please open wp-google-maps-pro/js/core.js file and remove this code:

    $(document).on(‘click’, function(e){
    if ($(e.target).closest(‘.wpgmza_map’).length > 0 && !$(e.target).is(‘img’)) {

    infoWindow.forEach(function(entry,index) {
    infoWindow[index].close();
    });
    }
    });

    to remove closing info window on clicking outside.

    Kind regards

    Hi there,

    Hi there,

    So sorry for the delay in response over the weekend.

    Sorry for misunderstanding your last message. The easiest way to do this would be to add this css to Maps → Settings → Advanced → Custom CSS:

    .gm-style-iw + div {
    display: none;
    }

    Hope that helps.

    Kind regards

    Hi there,

    You can add this css to Maps → Settings → Advanced → Custom CSS to remove spacing:

    .wpgmza_markerbox img {margin-right: -20px !important;}

    To update the plugin please deactivate it and update it again. It should help with plugin updates.

    Kind regards
