Hey I am having the same issues as aforshaw. I’ve implemented the code for the js/core but whenever I make more than 2 locations public on the front end it gets really weird. Wondering if there is a solution to this issue yet.

Could you please send me the URL to your page so I’ll have a look at it?
Kind regards
September 14, 2017 at 5:06 pm #30519GuacamoleMemberHey Jarek,
Yes here you go: http://www.wepallet.com/locations/
Attached is what it looks like on mobile. The functionality works somewhat but the entire screen will shift as I scroll.
Thanks,

I just checked your site on my Android and the only issue is with navigation buttons. Your carousel is above the map and there is no place for buttons. Please see screenshot.
What device are you using?
Could you send me login details to WordPress dashboard in private reply so I’ll have a look into it?
Kind regards

Really quick question. Everything seems to be good on the carousel, however there are times when I load the page and only half of the thumbnail will be showing (the other half is covered by the map) but once I gesture the carousel the map slides down and reveals the entire thumbnail. The problem is it doesn’t always happen. I was wondering if you could try to recreate this and let me know what you think it may be. It seems to happen more on the home page (www.wepallet.com) also its on the locations page (wepallet.com/location)
September 19, 2017 at 10:34 am #30632SupportTeamModeratorHi again,
For some reason the autoHeight props in Owl carousel calculate too small height for carousel. We need to overwrite this.
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account on your site so I can login and look further into this for you? Please mark your reply as private.

October 18, 2017 at 10:51 am #31342aforshawMemberI am still having a big problem with the responsive, circular/infinite carousel. If I do a search that identifies just a few markers then the carousel appears but scrolls off the screen, disappearing, only to re-appear later once it cycles to the end of the slides.

Type in “camping” to the Store Locator search box and click search. Observe the carousel results to see what I mean, or just swipe them off-screen.
Perhaps I have not implemented the carousel properly, I don’t know, but I just can’t get it to display correctly. The idea is for it to be infinite, circular. OR at least for it not to scroll off-screen and be inaccessible 🙂

My apologies for the delay in responding, I’m going to handle this issue provided you’re happy to work with me again as I remember this site!
I have experienced this issue with Owl Carousel outside of the plugin, however I can’t seem to replicate the issue here on your site.
I tried typing camping into both search fields and the carousel behaved as expected.
Could you possibly give me more details on how to replicate this?
Kind regards
– PerryOctober 18, 2017 at 4:12 pm #31360aforshawMemberNo problem. I think the missed step may have been just to wait while the carousel scrolls off-screen.. it will take about 1 minute.
https://www.newstaticsforsale.co.uk/park-locator/
Type “camping” into the search field on the store locator, have the radius at the default (300 miles in this case) and click search. The carousel will be populated with lots of “Camping and Caravaning club…” logos. The autoplay is active so just let the carousel scroll off to the left.
The reason I posted here was because the carousel can scroll off the screen entirely, leaving a blank area where the carousel should be. It comes back around eventually, but I would like it to be “infinite”, or at least not scroll so far to the left that it can’t be seen.
If there are sufficient carousel items to fill up the width of the screen then the carousel works as I would expect, and IS infinite/circular.
I should also mention I’m using a 1900px wide screen.
I hope that helps!
