The map contains markers with 2 categories and these show up in the list with markers in the backend. Currently each marker belongs to both categories.
Store locator is turned off.

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and my apologies for the inconvenience.
Thank you for the image that you have provided, I have thus run a few tests on your site and it appears that the checkbox HTML elements are not being placed on the page.
As the checkbox HTML elements are built in the ‘class.checkboxes.php’ file, I unfortunately cannot debug this process from this current standpoint as I cannot access the PHP files externally.
With that said, please could I kindly ask if you may reach out to me directly at “[email protected]” so that we may discuss the procedure on how to proceed with this issue?
